Time is both quite long and very short. And sadly, for those us living within the sickness of time blindness prevalent within the West, thinking about and coping with it doesn't come easy to us. Particularly, as when we really look at our time, many tend to see the horrific fate they've found themselves living within. Making it even more difficult to tackle the subject than it needs to be. My preferred tool is a colour coded graph, representing the primary factors that make up a human day-to-day, expressed as averages over a year, and drawn down through the future years, to see just where the live we plan to live will leave us.
